They used to be sour. Now, they are sour for about half a minute, then its a sugar jaw breaker.
The lemonheads candy was exactly as advertised and was delivered on time. These are larger lemonheads, 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch across, as opposed to the smaller lemonheads that used to come in a box. Just the right size when you are looking for a sour and sweet snack.
This is that Old school candy that everyone loves.
I love lemonheads and always will! They taste pretty fresh to me and 1 pound is honestly enough to stop my craving for them for awhile. There is two that seem to be not wrapped so that is quality control but this seems to always happen no matter what candy you buy. I only took 1 out so this is how full the bag looks standing vs laying flat.
I keep these in a dish on my counter with my lemon themed decor for the summer and everyone loves them. Nice blend of sweet and sour. Well packaged….no melting or stickiness after shipping.
The Lemo heads that I ordered were as described, fresh, and packaged well!
The candy itself is good but many pieces arrived broken.
Absolutely love jumbo lemon heads. I also love the fact I can buy only the lemon heads without having to purchase a huge variety bag of candy.I eat them personally but I put them in treat bags with other specific items for my customers who order custom products from me as a thank you.The reason behind the 4 stars is because my scale measured under 1ib and secondly there were more than a few empty wrappers, wrappers that had tiny or broken pieces and wrappers that were already opened.I feel like $10 for not even a real pound is too expensive.

This is the classic Lemonhead hard candy. The pieces are about 75% of the size you get in an old-fashioned barrel candy store.

I love this candy, but the last few times, my order has been filled with a bunch of sticky candy, several split candies in one wrapper, and wrappers partially opened. This has just been happening the last few times. I'm going to try one more time, and if I get the same with this order, I'll have to order elsewhere.I do have to say, the order does arrive quickly!!
This is my second favorite candy and oh my gosh these are so fresh and good. Bought them for Halloween and luckily had no kids got to keep every one of them.

We love Lemonheads. There is no candy that is more lemony. I usually buy the small ones, but I thought these would be kind of a treat. I carry them in my purse and in the car and I’m always reaching for one at home. Interestingly, I had salivary stones many years ago and the ear nose and throat doctor said suck on lemon heads and it will go away and they did

i love these. not too sweet, not too tart - they’re just right. they’re delicious, and when chewing them they don’t stick to your teeth.
I love me some lemon heads although they seem to be shrinking, smaller. I lovevto crushed them up and then eat them.
