Aryellys Candy Shop Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your treats. If something is not quite right, here is how returns, refunds, damaged items, and order issues work at Aryellys Candy Shop.

Orders placed through our WooCommerce store are reviewed according to this Return and Refund Policy. Because we sell food products, all returns must meet our safety and condition requirements before they can be approved.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Return requests must be approved before sending any items back.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unopened, unused, and sealed
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase
For food safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or unsealed candy cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- Include the reason for the return and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once approved, we will send return instructions by email.
- After receiving your return instructions or return label, you have 7 days to drop the package off with the carrier.
Items not shipped back within 7 days may no longer qualify for a free return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened, used, or unsealed candy
- Items not in original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery by the customer
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale, if applicable
Are Returns Free?
Approved returns are free when the item meets our return conditions and the return is requested within the allowed return window.
Items that are opened, unsealed, used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or returned outside the approved return window may not qualify.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or other payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.
Please include photos of:
- The shipping box or mailer
- The shipping label
- The damaged or incorrect product
- Any packing materials, if applicable
We will review the issue and work with you on the best available solution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund when approved.
Heat-Sensitive Candy
Some candy may be sensitive to heat during warmer months or in hot delivery locations. We pack orders with care, but we cannot control carrier trucks, mailboxes, weather conditions, or packages left outside after delivery.
Please track your package and bring it inside as soon as possible after delivery. Heat-related damage after carrier delivery may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We may not be able to cancel an order once it has been processed, packed, or shipped.
If cancellation is approved before shipment, we will process the refund back to the original payment method.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot send refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.
If your payment provider offers pay-later or installment options, your refund or payment adjustment will be handled according to that provider’s terms.
WooCommerce Orders
Orders placed through our website are managed through WooCommerce. Order status, payment status, customer account details, refunds, and order notes may be processed through our WordPress and WooCommerce system.
If you created an account, you may be able to view your order history by logging into your account on our website.
Final Review
All returns and refunds are subject to review. Aryellys Candy Shop reserves the right to deny a return, refund, replacement, or store credit if the request does not meet this policy, if the item is not returned in acceptable condition, or if the claim cannot be verified.
